FestGo Booking Policies

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, we’ve established these policies. Understanding them helps protect both you and our event organizers.

Ticket Purchase Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and must be purchased through our official platform for security and verification. Please provide accurate details, including full name and venue, before completing your purchase. A valid ID matching the ticket holder’s name may be required for entry.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your tickets. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to protect your financial information. Any disputed charges must be reported within 30 days.

Event Date Changes & Cancellations

In the rare case of an event being rescheduled or cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified via email. You will be offered a ticket for the rescheduled date or a full refund, subject to the organizer’s policy. No other expenses incurred due to a cancellation or rescheduling.

Customer Responsibilities

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with venue rules and laws. Entry may be denied for inappropriate behavior or invalid documentation. Please keep your tickets and personal belongings secure at all times.
