How to Cancel a Booking
1. Log in to Your Account
Access your dashboard using your email and password.
2. Find Your Booking
Navigate to the “My Bookings” section and select the event.
3. Select & Cancel
Choose the booking you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation prompt.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the event starts.
- Ticket must be valid and purchased through our official platform.
- No-show or failure to appear for the scheduled booking.
- Refund request submitted within 7 days of cancellation.
Refund Timeline & Method
- 1Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- 2Method: Refund issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
- 3Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Please note that refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of the event start time.
- Tickets purchased through third-party resellers or unofficial platforms.
- No-show or failure to appear for the scheduled booking.
- Booking made with non-refundable credits or special offers.
- Event cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
